When will I receive my order confirmation email?

Soon after you place your order you will receive an order acknowledgment document by email.

Can I have an invoice?

Yes, your invoice for any delivered products should be attached to the delivery note.

I want to add, cancel or amend my order after I have submitted it online, how can I do this?

Please contact our Support Team on 0800 021 3038 and providing your order hasn’t been dispatched already they will make every effort to amend your order.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

It will depend on your geographical location how quick we can get your goods to you.  We will communicate by email how and when your delivery will be made.

FAQ – Delivery

What are the delivery charges for the UK?

Our website is only for the delivery of products to customers within the United Kingdom.

William Wilson offer free delivery to all of mainland Scotland, all other locations in the UK will have a delivery charge added at cart depending on location and product size.

Can I track my order?

Courier delivery:  Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with the courier's details and your tracking reference, this can be used to track your order.

William Wilson transport:  Your email confirmation will be sent to you detailing the delivery date.

My delivery is missing an item, what should I do?

First, check whether you have received all parcels on the consignment. This information should be available to view on the delivery note.

If you have received all of your parcels, but an item is still missing, please Contact Us with the order number details so that we can investigate further.

 

FAQ - Returns

I purchased a product online which is no longer required, can I return it?

You can return products which are no longer required within 14 days of the delivery if:

  • The product has not been used.
  • The product is returned with all the original packaging where possible to do so.
  • You have proof of purchase.

I purchased an item online which is faulty/damaged, how do I get a replacement?

Please Contact Us to arrange a refund or replacement goods.
