Whether you are a first time, repeat or loyal customer our aim is to provide you with exceptional customer service.  We train our staff through our customer service core principles to be positive and approachable and to take ownership of situations.  We keep any promises we make to customers.

We also recognise that great service means having the right products in the right place at the right time.  We have 21 locations throughout Scotland and over 50 delivery vehicles on the road every day.

At William Wilsons, we understand our most important resource is our people. Our customers appreciate the vital contribution William Wilson staff make to their working relationship, bringing an in-depth knowledge and a wealth of experience to every customer interaction.

We know it is important to ensure our product knowledge remains relevant and up to date. We have our own Training Manager and provide regular training to all our staff using internal training programmes, external bodies, suppliers and online training modules.
